FAQs

How much does it cost?

It’s free! All Medicare card holders are eligible to access this service at no out-of-pocket cost. We do not accept any payment, and will never ask you to enter your bank or card details.

For you to be eligible to charge your consult directly to Medicare, you must also only use our service if there is a barrier to accessing care through your usual doctor. This can be due to either privacy issues, or limited service provision.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide care for anyone without a Medicare card due to our billing system.

How do I book an appointment?

Simply click on the book now link and you will be directed to our booking software. We will allocate a block of time in which we will call you within. We do not give specific appointment times.

Which sexually transmitted infections can I check for?

We offer testing for all STIs. And because it’s free, this means you will have access to free chlamydia testing, free gonorrhoea testing, and free checking for a range of other sexually transmitted infections (such as mycoplasma genitalium, HIV, syphilis etc).

What if we can’t find a time that suits me?

We are a new company and currently do not offer as much coverage of days for appointments that we would ultimately like to offer. We ask that you bear with us, and with your support we will hopefully offer more comprehensive cover in the future.
